Effective date: 31 August 2026 · Last updated: 17 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ENDISM (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the ENDISM Android application and related websites, including https://endism.tr.
We designed ENDISM so that most security features run on your device. We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs inside the app.
These items leave the device only when you activate or check a license, or when the app checks for an update:
Data
Why we collect it
License key you enter
To activate and validate your subscription
Device identifier (Android ID or a generated UUID)
To bind a license to a limited number of devices and prevent key sharing
App version information
To tell you if an update is available
Technical connection data (IP address, time, success/error)
Automatically processed by our license/update servers for security and abuse prevention
We do not receive your name, contacts, photos, SMS, call logs, precise location, payment card details, or browsing history.
B. Data processed only on your device
The following is used to provide app features and stays on the phone unless you export a backup yourself:
List of installed apps, package names, and local scan results
File names and hashes of APK/DEX files you choose to scan (with All files access)
Usage Access events, used only to detect which app was recently on screen
Browser address-bar text, used only by Site Guard to match blocked domains
Accessibility UI events for optional cache-clear automation (tapping system “Clear cache” / “Force stop”)
Local DNS queries when you enable the on-device ad filter (VPN mode). Traffic content is not sent to ENDISM
App lock password, stored as a salted hash on the device
Your settings, blocklists, parental-control rules, and whitelist
A backup file you export or import (saved where you choose)
2. Sensitive permissions and why they are requested
ENDISM may ask for powerful Android permissions. Each one is optional until you enable the related feature, and can be revoked in system settings.
Accessibility: Site Guard reads the browser address bar to warn about blocked sites. The optional Cache Clear service automates system Settings buttons. We do not read passwords, messages, or page content, and we do not upload Accessibility data.
VPN / local DNS filter: Creates a local VPN so the device can filter known ad and tracking domains. This is not a privacy VPN that routes your internet through ENDISM servers.
Usage Access: Identifies which app was in the foreground for adware/focus features. Content inside other apps is not read.
Query all packages / installed apps: Needed to scan and list apps on the device.
All files access: Needed only for full file/APK scans. We do not upload your files.
Device Admin: Optional uninstall protection so the app cannot be removed without your password.
Overlay / notifications / battery exemption / Bluetooth (connection state): Used for block screens, alerts, background protection, and parental connection limits.
3. How we use information
Provide antivirus, adware detection, boost, site guard, ad filter, and parental controls
Activate, verify, and limit license keys to registered devices
Deliver app updates
Respond to support emails you send us
Protect our service against fraud and abuse
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for ads, or selling to data brokers.
4. Sharing
We share information only in these cases:
ENDISM license and update servers that we operate to activate keys and publish updates
Google Play, if you install from Google Play. Google may process device and account data under Google’s own policies
Optional third-party DNS: if you manually set Android Private DNS to a public filter (for example AdGuard DNS), that provider receives your DNS queries. This is your choice and is not required to use ENDISM
Legal requirement: if we are required by law to disclose information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
5. Retention
License key and device-identifier records are kept while the license is active and for a reasonable period afterward to prevent abuse and handle support requests. On-device data remains until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall ENDISM. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request.
6. Security
License traffic is sent over HTTPS. App-lock passwords are stored as salted hashes on the device, not on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold.
7. Your choices and rights
You can refuse or revoke any Android permission in system settings
You can turn off Site Guard, Cache Clear, VPN filter, Device Admin, and parental features at any time
You can uninstall ENDISM to remove local data
You may request access to or deletion of license/device records we store by emailing support@endism.tr from the address you used to contact us, and including your license key if you have one
8. Children
ENDISM is a general-audience security app. Parental-control features are intended for a parent or guardian to manage a device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) for our own commercial purposes. If you believe we have such data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International processing
Our website and license servers may process data in countries other than yours. By using ENDISM, you understand that this information may be transferred to those locations for the purposes described above.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and the current version will always be published at https://endism.tr/privacy.html.
